Privacy & data requests
To ask about how your data is handled, or to make a request relating to your personal data, contact our privacy team. You can read more about what we collect and how ads work in our Privacy Policy.
Because your chats, calls, and shared media are end-to-end encrypted, their content is never readable by us or by advertisers. We aim to respond to privacy requests within around 30 days.

Child safety & CSAE reports
LEWO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). To report content or behavior that endangers a child, contact our child safety team. See our Child Safety Standards for more detail.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first, then report to us.

Security vulnerability disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in LEWO, we want to hear from you. Please report it privately to our security team so we can investigate and fix it before details are made public. Include steps to reproduce and any relevant technical detail. Developers can also see our developer information.

In-app report tools
You do not need to send an email to deal with abuse. LEWO includes report tools built right into the app so you can act in the moment:
- Report a user, message, group, or channel directly from the chat or profile screen.
- Block and remove contacts to stop unwanted messages and calls.
- Leave or mute group chats and channels at any time.
Reports made in the app reach our safety teams and help us keep LEWO private and respectful. For anything urgent or sensitive, you can always also email the relevant team above.
